(Plus--I don't know what any of it means and my loan officer is in Washington and is getting tired of me calling everyday with constant new questions. Whee! I did this on purpose?)

I like Richard's idea! And this loan officer better be able to explain everything perfectly clearly to you with the patience of a saint. Just do whatever you can to make sure the paperwork reflects your understanding of the agreement.
